אי אמרת בשלמא כיותר מרובע טנופת דמי בהא קא מיפלגי ת"ק סבר לא קנסינן התירא אטו איסורא ור' יוסי סבר קנסינן אלא אי אמרת כרובע דמי אמאי יבור
